I shouted in pain, as I tried to grab anything I could find off the ground below. At the rate the wolf was going, I imagine my flesh was going to be torn right off. I fumbled frantically with my left hand until my fingers managed to grab the gun out of my belt. I prayed silently that it still had bullets left in it, I pointed it directly at the wolfs neck and fired, shooting a single bullet directly through its fur and skin and watching it leave a hole from the front of his neck to the back. He instantly fell limp on the floor dead. Silver bullets really were the best way to kill a wolf.
