Dave had pretty much made up his mind; he truly loathed Stella.
So, leveraging his own influence, he continued his search for Stella.
However, two days later, he picked up a new gig, and as fate would have it, this one was connected to Jason.
Jason was trying to recruit him.
Dave was about to decline, but then he heard Stella's nmentioned.
"Jason, you still want Stella on her knees?" Jason, phone in hand, thought about how Stella had been personally delivered by Beck's crew and couldn't help but chuckle.
He had called Stella before, and the woman had seemed to radiate defiance. But now, her true colors were showing. "Keep her kneeling, for three days straight, and don't bother feeding her. Just make sure she doesn't kick the bucket." Hearing this over the phone, Dave's pupils dilated. How had Stella ended up with Jason? Jason repeated his offer, a smirk on his lips.

That evening, he saw Stella.
Stella had been kneeling for two days and nights, her back marred with whiplash scars, a chain around her neck, the other end held by Jason.
Stella hung her head low, not looking at anyone.
Jason yanked the chain, and she fell to the ground.
As Jason slowly reeled in the chain, seeing Stella tremble made him laugh.
"Stella, all your scheming for Sanders, and yet, here you are, personally delivered by Beck. Must be hard to swallow, huh?" After Stella fell, she tried to get up, but Jason's boot ccrashing down on her hand.
She winced, fingers curling, but didn't dare make a sound.
Jason, looking at her slender, pale hands, was amused.
"I had just finished breaking you in last tbefore you ran off. Not this time." Stella shrank back, and in the next second, he grabbed her hair, forcing her head up.
Jason had a scar running down his chin to his neck.
Eyeing Stella, he slung her over his shoulder.
"Tonight, I'll make sure you can't get out of bed for three days!" "Letgo!" "Seems you're still scared. Thought you were fearless." Seeing this, Dave immediately stepped in front of Jason.
Jason paused, "So, you're Dave." Dave's gaze shifted from Stella to Jason.
Stella had given up hope, not wanting to drag anyone else down.
“Jason, she's my girl." Jason raised an eyebrow, then burst out laughing.

Stella, terrified, knew all too well Jason feared nothing.
Jason, tired of the altercation, turned to someone nearby. "Take him, show him how things work arel here." Stella remained silent until she was thrown onto the bed.
Jason noticed a small bead hanging from her wrist, seemingly containing strands of hair.
He ripped it off, examining it closely.
"What's this?" Stella, pale, sat up on the bed, silent.
It contained strands from a mute boy, and selfishly, she had mixed in a few of Beck's as well.
A secret she couldn't share.
Jason tossed the bead out the bet window, effectively stripping Stella of her talisman, her source of e strength. Her pupils dilated sharply, and she made to leap from the bed to retrieve it but was pinned down by Jason.
