Briana frowned and was about to say something, but Maxim had already taken her hand and walked
inside.
As soon as the two entered the living room, Norma walked over with a beaming smile.

“Grandma, thank you. Next time I come, I will bring you strawberry soufflé!”

Norma’s loving gaze made Briana feel a little shy. The snacks she bought for Norma were all cheap
and small, but this tea, once tasted, was definitely high–quality and not cheap.
Maxim, sitting across from Briana, looked at her and said, “I will go and ask later.”
Briana nodded, “Okay.”
She was not familiar with Isaac, so if Maxim went to ask, she could save herself a lot of trouble.
The two of them accompanied Norma for dinner, and after staying for a while, they planned to go back.
“Briana, come to my place whenever you have free time!”
“Okay, Grandma, you rest early.”

me?”

“How does Mr. Yoder want me to thank you?”
“Please treat me to a meal.”
A hint of surprise flashed in Briana’s eyes, and she nodded immediately, saying, “Yes, I can.”

“It was not me accompanying him, but rather him accompanying me, and we reached an agreement
not to announce the news of our divorce in the short term.”
“Why?”
Briana slowly explained to the puzzled expression on Madeline’s face, “Norma is not feeling well and
just had a stay at the hospital recently. We plan to wait until she is feeling better before announcing this
