Commercial Center in a while. On Friday evening, when Estelle came over for dinner, Kya complained to her, “Uncle
Charlie hasn’t told me a story in days. Mom says he’s busy. but I miss him.”
Estelle helped her build a block tower. “He misses you too. He’ll come see you when he’s less swamped.*

They chatted and laughed for a while before Estelle got up to bring out the dishes Emily had prepared. As she set
the table, she asked, “You and Charlie had a row?”
“No!” Emily turned to her and said firmly, “Really, we didn’t!”

Estelle chuckled, “Planning on running away again, are you?”
Emily frowned but didn’t respond.
When Kya came running over, Estelle didn’t pursue the topic of Emily and Charlie, instead, she changed the subject.
“Tomorrow is Amiee and Josiah’s engagement party. I assume you got an invitation. Let’s go together in the
morning”
Mentioning Amiee’s engagement brought a smile to Emily’s face, “I can’t wait to see what Amiee looks like in a
dress!”
“You’ll see tomorrow!” Estelle laughed, scooping up Kya. “Let’s eat first.”
Jonathan was busy that night, so Estelle stayed downstairs until nine before heading back. Dragon, who’d been
dozing off, perked up the moment he saw her. “Ella, good evening!”.
Jonathan always called her Ella, so Dragon did the same. It made them feel more like a family and more intimate.
“Where’s your princess?” Estelle asked with a smile.
“Princess? Who’s the princess?” Dragon asked, his eyes wide in confusion.
Estelle then remembered that a while ago, Princess X had fallen in love with another robot. Dragon had been

large head with a grin
“Thanks, I miss him too.” Estelle gave a casual laugh. Then he turned to walk towards her own house “Goodnight”

Estelle looked at Dragons happy face and thought it wasn’t so bad If people could be like robots, equipped with an
