Chapter 347 Moving in and Living Together
Huston was not surprised by what she said at all. Over the
years, satisfying her had become his subconscious habit. “Go
ahead.”
“Anyway, this villa is so big. I think you can move in with Ms. Shelton. It would be convenient as it’s
closer, and being together every day, Ms. Shelton might not be as guarded
towards me…”
“No!” Without waiting for her to finish, Huston rejected her directly. The frown between his brows was
very low, showing his upset.
“I won’t disturb you. I just want someone to accompany me.” Mia seemed to mean, “Can’t you promise
me such a small thing?”
As Evelyn watched from the office, she couldn’t help but frown. Mia always came up with various ideas,

Evelyn looked nervously at Huston, afraid that he would agree. Fortunately, he didn’t.

“Mia!” Huston emphasized his tone. He was both helpless and confused by her current attitude. He was
sizing her up. “You’ve changed a lot.”
Mia felt her heart skip a beat. Afraid he would see through.

was tense.

main focus should be on cooperating with the treatment.
Don’t engage in such actions anymore. Evelyn understands us and won’t have any
misunderstandings.” He made it clear to her, ensuring that she understood and positioned herself
correctly.
How could Mia not understand? She still had a lot of things to say, but she knew that Huston had
reached a critical point in his emotions. It would not do her any good if she continued.

She compromised. “Okay, go back and ask Ms. Shelton. If you don’t worry about leaving me here
alone, pretend that I didn’t say anything.”
Huston stood up and closed his eyes. “Let’s rest.”
Hearing the sound of the door closing, Mia also closed her
eyes. She knew a surveillance camera was in this room, so she
would never reveal any of her emotions. What she wanted
was not temporary happiness but complete possession of
Huston!
When Huston came out of the sterile ward, he saw Evelyn
walking over. She was still wearing the diamond ring that he had just given her. Under the light, it was
shining. Suddenly, he felt guilty. He quickly walked over to her and held her in his
arms.
“I’m sorry.”
Evelyn was stunned by his sudden apology. She didn’t want the atmosphere to be too tense, so she
patted him on the shoulder with a smile. “Why are you apologizing?”
Huston just hugged her tightly and said nothing.
