After Evelyn had fully recovered, the first thing she did was to take Lucas back to the Lloyd family's old house. Since
she came back from Yazton, she had been trying her best to avoid the people around her for fear of being seen

"I asked the driver to pick him up. We'll meet at the old house later."

Knowing that he was worried, she replied, "I just went to the mall to buy something. Don't worry."
Matt looked at the man and woman standing side by side. For so many years, the two of them had gone through a
lot, and many times, even he, an outsider, felt that there was no hope. They had actually persisted until now. He did
not understand where Huston's motivation came from, but now that he felt
the atmosphere between the two of them, he finally understood.

"Evelyn, long time no see." Matt walked up to them and said to his secretary, "Bring her a cup of black tea."
"Don't bother, Matt. We'll be leaving soon." Evelyn immediately tried to persuade him, for fear of causing any
trouble.
"I haven't seen you for a long time. How are you feeling?"
When Evelyn was sick, she had seen Kevin the most. Matt usually had a lot of work to do and had asked Huston
several times whether or not he should visit Evelyn, but Huston refused. As such, he did not insist.
Evelyn nodded with a smile. "Don't worry. I'm fine."
There was no need for her to say that. Matt could tell from her palm-sized face that she looked good. Her face was
much rounder than before, but her skin was fair and red. "It seems that Huston has taken care of you well."
After that, he sighed with emotion. "Why do you still look so young?"
