I stepped forward at that moment and said nothing. I just simply linked my arm with Brandon's. "It's getting late. Let's go." Brandon gavea loving look before followingout. On the way back, I remained silent, and Brandon didn't speak either.
Even on the stairs, the only sound was our footsteps.
