After Ninian and Everett had lunch, she took an afternoon nap in his lounge for a while.
Everett was working at the side, while she lay on his single bed. When she smelled the familiar cold
fragrance . in his blanket, she could not help but blush.
Everett seemed oblivious. He was seriously typing on his keyboard and calmly seated.
The light from the laptop screen shone on his face. He was cold and white like jade and indifferent like
the ice on the mountain, hence people dared not stare at him.
As if he sensed Ninian‘s gaze, he looked over and raised his eyebrows. “What‘s wrong? You can‘t
sleep?” he asked.
Ninian shook her head and secretly giggled. She noticed that whenever Everett looked at her, he would

This time, Everett could not continue working. He put down his laptop, turned around, and looked at her

Ninian hid under the blanket and nodded. She curled up and finally started to fall asleep.

He put his laptop away, walked to the bedside, and sat down.

her sleep.
“What‘s wrong? Are we going to film now?” Ninian got up. Her hair was messy, and her eyes were filled
with innocence and confusion as she had just awakened.
Everett glanced at the time before he comforted her.“ There are still fifteen minutes left. We‘re not in a
