“Since you already have four kids, shouldn’t you get married?” Trent casually asked. “Let me make this
clear.
I want to be your best man!” Duke pursed his lips. “She doesn’t want to get married so soon. I respect
her opinion.”
“Mr. Winters, when did you learn to respect other people’s opinions ?” Trent rolled his eyes. “I think you
haven’t controlled that woman! But it’s not your fault. She’s gorgeous and good at martial arts. Not
many men in the world can handle her! I guess it’s probably because of the kids that she agreed to
marry you…”
Trent kept nagging him. When Duke cast a cold and piercing gaze over, Trent scoffed and softly said,
“I’m just stating the facts, okay? If I had four kids with her, she would agree to marry me too. Okay, I’ll
stop talking now. Hey, why are you still hitting me when you’re injured? Eilam, let’s get out of here!”
Trent crawled and rolled to escape.

Duke looked up. He stared at her with his inky eyes and slowly asked, “Are you really willing to marry
me?”
Adina was taken aback.
Why was this man asking her this question again?

course I’m willing.”
“What if there’s a chance for you to go back on your word?” Duke’s eyes sparkled. “It doesn’t matter if

children. I also swear that I won’t compete with you for custody. If that happens, will you still marry
me?”
Adina stopped in her tracks and looked at him in a serious manner.
She spoke after a momentary pause. “Duke Winters, since I’ve decided to marry you, I won’t go back
on my word.”
She finally understood why this man looked like a resentful woman. Was he having pre-wedding

Even though her affection was faint, it was still sufficient.
They would have a few decades together in the future. Her saint affection would slowly gather and
become stronger.
When Duke looked at the woman in front of him, he could no longer control the strong affection in his
heart. He could not help but move forward and wrap his arms around her slim waist.
Before Adina realized what was going on, she saw Duke’s face up close, and the man kissed her on
the lips.
The man traced the shape of her lips with the tip of his tongue, and his every move was extremely
