computer in the room? It’s connected to the surveillance outside. If you’re worried, you can watch us retreat from

Albert remained suspicious, keeping his gun pointed at Janine’s head.
He signaled Desiree to turn on the computer at the desk, and she complied with Lina’s request. The events outside
the room appeared on the screen.

Checking the surveillance, Albert saw that the corridor was empty. The distance from the room to the stairs was
