Not long after Adam left, Lumma woke up.

Adam said, “So she asked you out simply because she wanted to make friends with you?”
“She asked me if you are really married.” Lumma put down her cutlery, looked up at him, and said seriously, “Mr.

“Why should I tell others about my private affairs?” Adam always felt that marriage was his own. business, so he
didn’t announce it to the public.
Lumma muttered softly, “You’re perfectly aware that many women admire you a lot.”
“So what?” Adam knew about this, but he had never paid attention to those women.
