Sarah sneered at Theresa. “Tsk, tsk, you knew Charlie could stand up so you ingratiated yourself with him. That
explains it.”
“If it makes you feel better to think that.” Theresa was not surprised by Sarah’s reaction. She knew Sarah was
angry at this point because she hadn’t smiled all night. She was embarrassed every time Sarah taunted Charlie.

Sarah complained, “Why didn’t you tell me earlier? Did you steal Charlie from me on purpose?”

off. I know he loves me. He was very nice to me when we were together. I
admit I was wrong before. He’ll definitely forgive me if I make it right again!”
“You’re so confident.” Theresa laughed. She hadn’t expected Sarah to be so cheeky.
Sarah snorted. “Of course. Anyway, I’m cleaner than you, a mother of two. Charlie is a neat freak. He won’t touch a
woman who isn’t clean. If I’m right, he hasn’t touched you, right?”
Theresa was completely shocked by Sarah’s words. She knew Sarah was mean, but she was still irritated! She
denied it, “Who said that? Do we need to report to you?” Charlie couldn’t move his legs before, so it was normal
that they didn’t sleep together, but it didn’t mean they would never do that. She believed that Charlie was not like
Sarah said he was. She could feel that he loved
her!
Sarah said sarcastically, “Theresa, you’re lying. You rarely lie so I can see right through you. There’s no shame in it.
After all, Charlie has turned down so many better women than you. It’s just that he’s too picky. You’d better leave
on your own. You’d be embarrassed if he kicked you
out.”
