With Ben’s soft voice pulling Charlie back from out of control, he instantly regained his senses.
He told himself he was here to see the kids, not Theresa.
What did it matter to him who she was with?
They were divorced!
Sarah didn’t expect Ben to defend Theresa so much.
‘Theresa is so lucky to have these two kids to defend her.
Looking at Ben, she realized that if she wanted to make up with Charlie, she had to get on good terms with the
two kids first.
Sarah smiled and said to Ben, “Ben, Theresa is not your mother. Don’t let her fool you! If you want a mother, I can
be your mother!”
Just as she finished her words, Charlie, who was still angry, spoke up, not showing her any respect at all, “You’re
not worthy of that.”
Sarah froze and looked to Charlie. To save her dignity, she said, “Charlie, I’m just coaxing ben.”

Looking at the closed door, Sarah was so angry that she clenched her fist.

the sidelines, reading a book while sipping tea.
He lay back in the recliner and looked at her.
Lifting his head, Theresa noticed he was awake and said, “You’re awake?”
Dick sat up and said, “I’m heading home!”
Hearing his words, Theresa agreed. Not long after, Mr. Garson came over.
After seeing them out, Theresa said, “I’ll…”
“I’ll come back tomorrow!” Dick looked over at Theresa, “I like your place.”
“…” She had wanted to say that she would go over to his place, but looking at his domineering look, she simply
did not know what to say.
Standing aside, Mr. Garson glanced at Dick and didn’t make a sound to stop him. Theresa sighed and had to see
them out the door.
After Dick got in the car, Mr. Garson got in the car behind and went with him.
Theresa went upstairs and saw Leonard in the toy room putting together his Lego, a gift from Dick, and enough
for him to play with for a long time.
Cristina was still working on something.

She knew Charlie hadn’t left, but she thought he was at Ben’s, not expecting…
Charlie sat on the couch and looked at her as if he was the male owner of the place, “Of course, I’m waiting for
you.”
“Get out of my room!” Theresa looked at him, “It’s rude of you to go into my bedroom without my permission.”
“I was coming to see you but you haven’t been up here?” Charlie looked over at her and said, “What? Your
boyfriend is gone?”
The word ‘boyfriend’ made Theresa feel uncomfortable.
She and Dick were not in that kind of relationship.
But what Charlie said made it seem like they were having some kind of adulterous affair.
