Today was John and Shannon's wedding and also the daySherry would be free.

She maintained her smile and said, "You're giving me a ride to go out?"

"Get in."
However, Sherry refused to move.

"You have two options now: go back inside, or get in the car."

He then closed the door for her.

After tidying his collar and the white gloves he wore for the wedding, he said, "Today is my big day, and you've lived with
me for morethan a year now.
I want you to attend the wedding.
At least, stay for lunch."
Sherry was shocked.
"You're bringing me to your wedding?" He took his white gloves off, tossed them aside, and sat further awayfrom Sherry
as though he resented her.
