"Even more so, if it weren't for you taking credit for my work, | might have been targeted by the people in Central City a long time ago." Freddie's face was indescribably sullen.

Diana didn't dare to look at Freddie's expression and covered her head in fear while looking at Selena with no words left to defend herself.

"When I'm out," she warned ominously,"I'll still be their tool and come after you..." Robert's face changed drastically as he looked at Lindsay. He didn't understand why this girl was so determined to die! Selena had originally considered fulfilling Lindsay's wish, but when she saw Robert's expression, she suddenly changed her mind. A cold smile appeared on Selena's lips. "I decided to give you a chance because of Professor Arabella and your other teachers’ face," she said. "If you make another mistake, all your mentors will be punished with you!" "Lindsay, let me see if you would let those who treat you like their own daughter die for the sake of one Robert!" Lindsay's already pale face turned even whiter in an instant as she stared at Selena.

No one knew Selena better than Lab 717 personnel did; she always kept her word. If she said that those mentors would pay for her crime, then they definitely would.

Lindsay was about to resist frantically when Arabella suddenly stood up and said: "I am willing to accept this punishment! Thank you for giving Lindsay another chance!" All of Lindsay's calmness was shattered as she screamed in pain: "No teacher! Please punish me instead; don't hurt my teachers..." Selena looked at Robert and said: "Do you see now? You have pushed an innocent girl to this point." "If in the future, because of Lillian, if you still use her again - not only will it kill her but also harm her mentors." "Let me see just how tough and heartless your heart really is, Robert!" Selena thought to herself. Robert had caused the deaths of so many good people, and Selena didn't think that simply killing him would be enough. She wanted him to suffer in despair, to feel like life was not worth living.

Lindsay had laid her hands on Selena before, so now it was time for Lindsay to regret her actions. And as for Robert? He had killed her once before - there was no way she would let him die so easily.

Selena found the perfect solution: with a wave of her hand, someone from Lab 717 immediately stepped forward and took Lindsay away.

In the meeting room, everyone's hearts were racing with fear - they were afraid that Selena might kill Robert right then and there. Before this moment they could have used their power in Central City to threaten H Country into stopping Selena from taking action against them; but now with 717 standing behind her back even if they were not in the right position legally speaking- they could no longer guarantee Robert's safety! But surprisingly enough, instead of killing Robert outright as everyone expected she would do; Selena already knew what she wanted done with him: "Lock him up in trial court!" Then, turning to face Robert, Selena said, "Uncle, the actions of Central City are too much. They deserve to be punished!" "Please publicly question Central City in the name of the Turner family!" "If they cannot provide a satisfactory deal, in three days' time, the deputy governor of Central City will be executed publicly as a spy who intentionally destroyed friendly relations between our two countries!"
