Chapter 295 He’s a Demon

The abrupt interruption gave everyone in the room a fright.

Willow and Rebecca both froze as they looked toward the entrance.

Frowning, Caspian looked over as well.

He saw Kristian coming in with a group of people.

“I’ve finally found you, you bastard! Let’s see how you’re going to escape now!” Kristian

bellowed.

“Here I was wondering who’s the idiot with a death wish. So, it’s you!” Caspian said with a

look of derision.

“Why, you!”

Caspian’s arrogance enraged Kristian.

I Southlake Corporation get my permission before shooting their promotional material

here? You’re on my territory. If you dare disrespect me, I’ll make you pay!” Kristian

declared scornfully.

“Hah. Who do you think you are? Get the hell out of here, and take your people with you!

Or else, you’ll be the one who’s going to pay!” Caspian growled in annoyance.

He had been in such a good mood after the wedding photoshoot, but these vermin had

come to cause trouble again!

Kristian was gobsmacked. He was used to being the domineering overlord in Sealand who

even disregarded the law, yet Caspian seemed to be ten times more arrogant than he

was!

“Caspian! How dare you be so arrogant? Do you know who you’re talking to? He’s Kristian

Jennings, the son of Sealand’s most prominent family!” Billy came forward and shouted.

“Oh, my. If it isn’t Billy Jennings, the orphaned dog. I spared your life, but you chose to

deliver yourself to me on a silver platter. You’re even more of a fool than your father!”

Caspian remarked as he eyed Billy with a grim expression.

At the time, Caspian did not take Billy’s life. He assumed the latter would go into hiding

and lay low for good.

He was shocked to find that Billy had not learned his lesson at all and even wanted

vengeance.

Did Billy truly think Caspian would not kill him?

The dark look in Caspian’s eyes made Billy tremble.

He still felt fearful when he recalled the way he and Wylie had kneeled before Caspian to

plead

for mercy.

Alas, he and Caspian were mortal enemies now. The grudge between them could not be

resolved until one of them died.

Billy was determined to seek vengeance! His heart was filled with nothing but resentment.

“In this city, what my cousin Kristian says goes, Caspian! No matter how powerful you are,

you have to toe the line here!” Billy clenched his jaw and declared.

Caspian scoffed in mockery. He could not be bothered to respond to Billy. Such vermin only

served to disgust people.

“Stop wasting time!” Kristian snapped in fury. “Hey, bastard! I’m giving you two options.

Either you get on your knees and beg for mercy, or I’ll knock all of your teeth out!”

“You two really are such pesky flies. Get lost! If you continue spewing such nonsense, I

won’t hold back any longer!” Caspian growled with a frown.

Kristian could not rein in his anger any longer.

“I’ll show you just what I’m capable of today! Get him, men!” Kristian instructed with a

wave

of his hand.

The crowd behind him rushed forward.

Sam, who was in the lead, was accompanied by nearly 30 burly men. These were all

trained fighters groomed by Kristian.

They were the reason why Kristian dared to do whatever he wanted in Sealand.

These men were all hardened criminals who were willing to kill if necessary.

Keller and Rebecca both frowned as fear set in. They could see that Kristian was not

someone

to mess with.

Gloating, Kristian declared, “I’ll give you one last chance. Get on your knees and beg for

mercy, otherwise-”

He was cut off by a resounding slap.

Caspian had gotten up to put an end to his arrogance.

“How dare you fucking hit me again?” Kristian roared as he cupped his face.

Caspian had slapped him inultiple times now.

He had brought so many of his subordinates over this time, so what gave Caspian the

audacity to get physical with him? Was he tired of living?

Seething with rage, Kristian could not hold back any longer. His anger exploded out of him.

“Fuck him up!” Kristian roared. “Beat him to death!”

Sam instructed his men, and they immediately marched toward Caspian to gang up on

him.

Thanks to Caspian, one of Sam’s legs was in a cast right now. Sam was still hopping mad

about that and was hellbent on getting revenge today.

Caspian’s expression darkened. He could not be bothered to waste his time on such

vermin, but they kept trying to mess with him.

He knew that if he did not teach the

Tightening his fists, he lunged at the men.

“Willow!” Rebecca exclaimed as she clutched Willow tightly in terror.

“It’s alright, Rebecca. Here, try this. It looks delicious,” Willow said with a breezy smile.

She was used to such situations.

Rebecca was dumbstruck. Caspian was alone against nearly 30 men armed with batons

and machetes. How could he defeat them by himself?

Yet, Willow did not seem at all worried. She remained in her seat as if nothing happened.

Was Willow merely a cool–headed person or was Caspian truly that strong?

Rebecca did not even have the time to process that question.

In just slightly over a minute, all of the burly men ended up on the floor.

“Huh?” Rebecca gasped. Her jaw dropped as she realized just how powerful Caspian was

“W–Who the hell are you?” Sam asked shakily as he stood there with a metal baton in

hand. Terrified, his entire body was trembling.

In all his years, he had never met a single fighter as remarkable as Caspian.

Armed with nothing but his fists, he single–handedly defeated nearly 30 men!

Caspian could not be bothered to waste his breath. He kicked Sam’s other leg.

Sam howled in agony before fainting.

“What…

Kristian could not figure out what just happened either. He was stupefied.

He assumed that Caspian merely knew how to throw a punch and did not expect Caspian

to be

Kristian turned around and glared at Billy.

Considering the grudge between Billy and Caspian, Billy must have known that Caspian

was not someone to trifle with. But he had goaded Kristian into messing with Caspian

anyway.

Kristian was furious. Was that bastard trying to get him killed?

“Billy, you bastard!” Kristian snarled through gritted teeth.

Billy could only play dumb.

Meanwhile, Caspian started approaching the two of them.

“Caspian! What are you trying to do now?” Kristian cried out fearfully.

a

“Looks like the beating you got the last time wasn’t enough to leave a lasting impression

on you, so I’m going to make sure you learn your lesson this time!” Caspian retorted

coldly.

Stiffening, Kristian bellowed, “You’d better not do anything to me, or else the Jennings

family won’t let you get away with it!”

Caspian snorted. He did not care about the Jennings family.

He raised his leg and kicked Kristian.

Kristian fell and immediately screamed in pain, “My leg! My leg!”

Billy shivered as goosebumps lined his skin.

He could not believe how vicious Caspian was. Did Caspian not fear the Jennings family’s

retribution?

“And now, it’s your turn!” Caspian remarked as he turned to Billy.
