After a few rounds of games, Harper realized that Jayden truly had not been to entertainment venues
much and didn’t even know how to play cards.
She couldn’t help but take a few more glances at Jayden and asked, “Do you not smoke, drink, or like
to have fun?”
Jayden, who had gotten good cards but didn’t know how to play them, pursed his lips and smiled. “Yes,
I don’t smoke, drink, or fool around.”

As Jayden traced his fingertips across her cheek and then brushed her hair behind her car, Harper was

Jayden smiled and said softly, “I am your boyfriend now. You don’t have to say thank you to me all the
time.”
Harper nodded slightly but didn’t dare to look up at Jayden. Her shy demeanor was evident to someone

After rejecting Andre, Preston had a few drinks and tried to get himself drunk, thinking that this would
help him fight the urge to go to the nightclub.
