archons. You used to be the most foolish lot,” Feenix commented.
With that, she turned to leave. She needed to return to Jared as soon as possible. It was imperative to
let Jared know that Pablo was searching for him to kill him.
When Feenix arrived, she discovered Jared and Catina had already completed the deed. Catina’s
cheeks were flushed. Clearly, she was satisfied.
“Feenix, where have you been?” Jared asked.

Suddenly, Feenix frowned and spewed out a mouthful of blood. The poisonous pill in her body had
started to take effect.
