Feeling nervous, Black Hawk stared blankly at Smythe.
“Actually, the Lab of Gods hasn’t been wiped out yet. There are nineteen members
including an ordinary human named Dr. Erebus. He’s the one responsible for most of their
biological engineering experiments. Also, there’s someone else who is supposed to be the
brains of their operation, Digital God. He is the one behind all the advanced technology
the Lab of Gods possesses. They and some of their subordinates have yet to appear.”
Smythe added with a stern expression, “Your mission is to find them. Even though there’s
only a few of them left, the threat they pose is larger than that of the Lab of Gods!”
“Got it!” Black Hawk nodded in response.
“You have to find them as soon as possible, do you understand?” Smythe remarked with
his voice lowered.
“Understood. I’ll definitely get it done!” Black Hawk declared.
At the same time, he was filled with excitement, for this was the first time he had access
to all of Shield’s resources.
