“You want to leave the base with how things are right now, Evie?” Phoenix asked to
confirm again. To her surprise, Forlevia nodded with determination. “That’s right. I’d rather
not just sit around and wait for something to happen.”

As the group watched her leave, they remained silent, stunned. It wasn’t until five or six
