Gloria, who had walked away, curled her lips into a half smile. The improvement in her

she heard Heptino’s heart-warming self-dialogue clear as day.

entrusted me with. Five more branch masters have joined our camp.”
“Excellent!” Gloria said with a wide smile. “So, as of now, we’ve recruited three elders,

been in vain. You’ve done very well. What we have to do next is to come up with a plan to
let you and Wade become elders. However, that’s not something we should rush.

“Don’t worry about me and my father, Master. There’s no hurry. You’ve only just gained
your footing in the sect, and promoting members too quickly might attract suspicion,”
Xylas said. “It wouldn’t be good if you got into trouble.”
