"Nine Heaven Brat."
Archfiend Antigonus could not be bothered to talk nonsense and said coldly, "Since neither
side is sincere, our exchange will be voided."

Then, his figure lunged forward and headed straight for the giant pit.
Archfiend Antigonus darted into the bottom of the deep pit like a shooting star. He
grabbed Darryl quickly before returning to where he stood earlier.
As he passed by Empress Nuwa, he grabbed her with the other hand and brought her
away too.
"We're leaving!" Archfiend Antigonus yelled toward the group of Fiend Martyrs that
included Thoth and Ganon.
After receiving that order, the other Fiend Martyrs followed closely behind Archfiend
Antigonus and flew into the distant sky.
When Archfiend Antigonus was high in the sky, he deliberately turned around to taunt the
Nine Heaven Emperor. "Oh, Nine Heaven Brat, you're nothing without your Ancient
Ancestor. Remember this-the Godly Region will perish when the fiend race makes a
comeback."
The Nine Heaven Emperor was alarmed and angry when he heard that. He was about to
command his officials to pursue them, but they were a step too slow, for Archfiend

Antigonus and the others disappeared in a flash.
"Useless! Utterly useless!"
The Nine Heaven Emperor seethed with anger. His eyes were blood-red as he roared.
The fiends played him like a fiddle. Aside from their failure to get his master's fairy soul,
they even allowed their opponents to snatch Darryl away! How could they ever be a
match for the fiends when they lost their sole bargaining chip?
Rumble!
The Nine Heaven Emperor's rage continued to build up. He raised his hand suddenly and
struck a hillside not far away, razing it to the ground with a rumble.
His officials sensed his wrath and trembled in fear. They were all afraid to even breathe
too heavily.
"Your Majesty!"
A few seconds later, Lunaris General stepped forward slowly and said cautiously, "Your
Majesty, you shouldn't be so irritated. It is not a complete failure. Empress Nuwa is still
hiding amongst the fiends. We will most certainly turn the situation around."
All the other officials nodded in agreement once they heard that statement.
The Nine Heaven Emperor took a deep breath after hearing Lunaris General's consolation.
His anger subsided greatly, and he waved his hand." Bring Master Magaera back to the
Imperial Sky Palace."
He had to ensure Master Magaera's safety since the man was his righthand man.
"Yes, Your Majesty!"
Elsewhere, Archfiend Antigonus led Empress Nuwa, Darryl, and the Fiend Martyrs back to
Sealed Fiend Mountain Palace.
Thud!
He threw Empress Nuwa and Darryl onto the ground and casually took his seat on his
throne. His complete lack of emotion was genuinely terrifying.
"Blaise!"
Archfiend Antigonus stared at Empress Nuwa quietly for a few seconds and said, "What
happened earlier? How could Master Magaera ambush you?"
Blaise was becoming more and more unreliable.
"Your Excellency!"
Empress Nuwa put on a terrified look and said, "The Godly Region didn't intend to carry
out the transaction, and Master Magaera's attack was too sudden that I failed to respond
quickly enough."
Then, she began to consider how best to deal with the situation.
Where could her master's fairy soul be if Archfiend Antigonus had not trapped it within the
Soul Requiem Stone?
"Forget about it!"

Empress Nuwa's sincerity managed to placate Archfiend Antigonus, who then said, "I
suppose you're a little tired after having too many tasks during this period. You may step
aside."
"Yes, Your Excellency!" Empress Nuwa responded and moved to one side.
Archfiend Antigonus’s eyes flickered, and he turned to the unconscious Darryl. He frowned
and said, "What a lucky kid. Even the explosion from the Soul Requiem Stone failed to kill
him."
He felt a little distressed when he made that statement. The Soul Requiem Stone was the
fiend race's treasure, and it was such a shame that it had to be destroyed.
Nevertheless, they managed to capture Darryl, so it was not that much of a loss.
"Your Excellency!"
Thoth stepped forward and said in a sullen voice, "Isn't it too big of a price to pay to lose
the Soul Requiem Stone even though we got Darryl?"
Archfiend Antigonus shook his head and explained, "The Innate Spirit Stone's prophecy will
never be wrong. That man is our biggest obstacle in dominating the Godly Region.
Destroying him is a must, regardless of what price we have to pay.
"A single Soul Requiem Stone is a small price to pay for the future of our race."
Gasp!
Thoth nodded. "You're right, Your Excellency." 1
