Archfiend Antigonus nodded.
Thoth said nothing more and walked forward at once. His fiend soul's power erupted, and
the flame that manifested in the palm of his hand moved toward Darryl.
Within that flame was a bluish-green hue that looked particularly strange.
It was the Fiend Soul Flame that was unique to the fiends.
The Fiend Soul Flame was derived from the fiend soul. It could burn everything despite the
lack of temperature.
'Crap!'
Empress Nuwa's heart trembled when she saw that, and her first thought was to stop it.
Darryl must not die, for he was the key to defeating the fiends.
Unfortunately, it was all too late.
The next second, Archfiend Antigonus and the Fiend Martyrs were stunned. They watched
as the Fiend Soul Flame ball floated toward Darryl, but it did not set him on fire. Instead, it
disappeared into his body without a trace.
'How is that even possible?'
Thoth Fiend Martyr and the rest of the Fiend Martyrs immediately exchanged bewildered
looks.
They could not fathom how their Fiend Soul Flame failed to burn Darryl.
'Huh?'
Empress Nuwa's eyes flickered in surprise as she watched the sequence of events.
The power that absorbed the Fiend Soul Flame into Darryl's body earlier was probably the
Red Lotus Fayette. Did he use the Red Lotus Fayette to refine his body into that of a sage?
"The Red Lotus Fayette?"
Archfiend Antigonus finally reacted to what he saw, and a solemn look appeared on his
majestic face. "I was curious how he managed to regenerate his fairy soul even after I
destroyed it. It turns out he did that using the Red Lotus Fayette."
Archfiend Antigonus and Empress Nuwa had been in existence for dozens of millennia and
had ample knowledge on many things. They could immediately tell that the strange power
in Darryl's body came from the Red Lotus Fayette, which only appeared once every five
millennia.
'What?'
The Fiend Martyrs' faces immediately changed to shock.
Being part of the twelve Fiend Martyrs, they all heard about the Red Lotus Fayette before.
It was said to appear only once every five millennia, and the fairy power contained within
it would bestow the body of a sage onto whoever comprehended its power.
"Your Excellency!"
While everyone was still shocked, Ganon said, "Darryl has the body of a sage, and
ordinary methods are useless against him. What should we do?"
Thoth felt incredibly annoyed as he frowned to himself.
Empress Nuwa breathed a sigh of relief.
It was great that Darryl had a sage's body. If the Nine Heaven Emperor could not kill him,
was there anything those fiends could do to destroy him?
Archfiend Antigonus sat in deep thought before saying bluntly, "What's so difficult about
that? Do you still remember a special place several thousand miles north of Sealed Fiend
Mountain?"

The next second, Thoth said, "Are you talking about the Infernal Shadow Prison, Your
Excellency?" Thoth could not hide his fear when those words came out of his mouth.
Empress Nuwa's expression changed almost simultaneously, and she stepped forward and
asked, "Your Excellency, I don't see any necessity to throw Darryl into the Infernal Shadow
Prison. As long as we restrain him well enough, he won't be able to do anything too
serious."
Despite speaking in an indifferent tone, she was actually very anxious deep down.
The mere mention of Infernal Shadow Prison would send chills down the fiend folks' spines
and those in the Godly Region.
That was where the Four Evil Beasts were imprisoned.
After Pangu created the world and imparted spiritual quality into every being, the Four
Congenial Beasts appeared along with the Four Evil Beasts. Even though Empress Nuwa
had never seen them before, she heard from the Ancient Ancestor that each evil beast
