There was a golden altar a short distance away from them.

the lady was just asleep and not dead. He planned on making the lady his belonging when

Darryl stopped them and said, "Master Mahoney, the plaza we went through was full of
danger, now that we're here, it's uncertain what lies ahead of us. You shouldn't act so
hastily."
Darryl looked at the altar and said, "These look like a deadly formation, if you go in
without any preparation, you might activate the mechanism. I suggest you proceed
cautiously."
Darryl said in all seriousness, his eyes filled with doubts.
Darryl was being honest, the altar before them was indeed a formation, it was none other
than the Ultimate Six Lores Deadly Formation.
However, the reason Darryl told him was not to help him.

Seeing as Mahoney had fallen for it, Darryl smiled and sighed helplessly.
Mahoney was not as foolish as he thought, but it was a shame that he would lose
everything to his desires.
