Hera helplessly informed the driver to change the destination from Stoneworth Park to a shopping mall nearby. After arriving, she
and Bernard walked around the mall.
"Is Samantha noting?" Bernard asked.
"She didn't want to be the third wheel, knowing you'd be here. So, she won't be joining us," Hera casually answered.
She randomly pointed at a white suit on a male mannequin at the shop window, attempting to change the topic. "I think this suit
looks nice. Do you want to try it?"
"Sweetie, are you certain?" Bernard gazed at her meaningfully.
Hera was wondering how she could distract him so that she could sneak off to the park next door. Thus, she did not catch on to
what he meant.
"How certain do you have to be to try on clothes?" Hera asked while walking toward the entrance of the shop.

When she turned the corner, she realized that it was a bridal shop. The male mannequin at the shop window matched the wedding
dress of the female mannequin by the shop's entrance.
Hera said nothing, finally realizing what Bernard meant. Given his way of thinking, it was as if she had just proposed to him.
Hera suddenly felt like leaving, but Bernard grabbed her wrist.
"Let's go inside and try those clothes displayed at the window." She would look drop-dead eous in a wedding dress.
"Alright."
"Wee to Pronovias Bridal Shop. May | know what wedding dress styles you're looking for?" the salesperson warmly greeted
them.
Having recognized the couple, she joyfully said, "Mr. Killian and Ms. Youngworth, are you two getting married? Congratulations!"
Bernard used to not enjoy shopping. His clothes were usually tailor-made by designers based on his measurements. Upon hearing
the salesperson congratulate them, he suddenly realized that shopping wasn't so bad, after all.
He pointed to the suit and wedding dress at the window that Hera had mentioned earlier. "Those two."
"Alright." The salesperson immediately instructed someone to take the dress off the mannequin.
Hera took the wedding dress with her and entered the fitting room. Not long after, she opened the door and cout.
The salesperson stepped forward and asked, "Ms. Youngworth, is there anything | can help you with?"
Seeing that Bernard had already entered the fitting room, she asked, "May | know where's the washroom? | need to head to the
washroom."
After the salesperson had given her the directions, Hera headed there. The moment she arrived at the washroom, she turned to
enter the fire escape and hurried downstairs.
Once she was out of the mall, she ran toward the park. By the tshe reached the pond, her phone rang. It was Bernard calling.
Hera steadied her breath before answering the call, "Hey, Bernard."
"Did anything happen to you in the washroom?" Bernard asked.

Hera checked the tand saw that she had been gone for about 20 minutes. She was afraid that he would notice something was
amiss. "I'm having a minor case of diarrhea, and my period is here too. Go helpbuy spads."
Bernard stayed silent for a moment before asking, "Isn't your period due next week?"
Now, it was Hera's turn to be quiet. How could he have known that?
"My period cearly. Quickly buy pads for me. While you're at it, getsnew underwear," Hera said.
"Sure."
After disconnecting the call, Hera walked around the fish pond and saw many tourists enjoying the scenery. For a moment, she had
no idea where to look for Xavier.
"Mom, there's balloons. Lots of them."
At that moment, many colorful balloons suddenly floated out from behind the rock garden at the fish pond. Many children began
squeaking in joy upon seeing the balloons.
